The coloratura soprano Patricia Petibon makes her first appearance in Granada having achieved great success on the main stages in Europe. Her artistic range covers from Baroque to contemporary music. To her performance at the Festival she brings her most intimate and delicate side. Accompanied by pianist Susan Manoff, she has chosen a selection from the French and South American repertoire with a nod to Claude Debussy, to contemporaries and pupils of his such as Satie, Collet and Poulenc, and to composers such as Manuel de Falla and Joaquín Turina who visited Paris at the beginning of the 20th century.
