A fresh breeze halfway between jazz and zarzuela

The unstoppable international projection of Manuel Blanco, principal trumpet of the Orquesta Nacional de España, has allowed him to visit the most important concert halls around the world and publish his first album on his own, Fearless. It represents a statement in which, fearless, he unfolds his mastery playing pieces by Zimmermann, Haydn, Mozart, Momasi and Nathan. Not compliant with the fact of having won the first award of the prestigeous ARD Music Competition of Munich, Blanco appears now accompanied by a jazz trio (drums, piano, double bass) with whom he will play pieces by Bernstein, Bolling, Piazzolla and the relevant Adiós, Granada of the zarzuela Los emigrantes by Tomás Barrera.
