Picasso uner the marquee of emotions

This original stage-musical project takes its inspiration from the circus universe of Pablo Picasso, who, during his pink period, evoked a persistent memory of his childhood: the incredible equestrian performance by the horsewoman Rosita de Oro at the Tivoli circus. A selection of pieces for voice and piano by Satie and Poulenc will reproduce the atmosphere of the first artistic avant-gardes seen in Paris and Barcelona and will connect the younger audiences with the imaginary world of the Commedia dell’Arte.

The protagonist of this story, faced with the muscular and lion tamer, will learn that the most complicated acrobatics are always those done with the heart.
